You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of our website to their full extent.

Server data

- browser type and version
- the operating system used

In this case, the information provided by the user will be stored for the purpose of processing his contact. It will not be passed on to third parties. A comparison of the data collected in this way with data that may be collected by other components of our site is also not carried out.

Comment option

We offer you the opportunity to leave comments on the individual contributions on our website. The IP address of the author / subscriber is saved here. This storage takes place for our security in the event that the author encroaches on the rights of third parties through his comment and / or unlawful content is deposited. Thus there is a self-interest on our part in the stored data of the author, especially since we may be prosecuted for such violations of the law. It will not be passed on to third parties. A comparison of the data collected in this way with data that may be collected by other components of our site is also not carried out.

If you choose this option, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, which will be used to verify that you are actually the owner of the e-mail address provided. The decision to subscribe to such follow-up comments can be canceled at any time. You can find details on this in the confirmation email. The data obtained in this way will not be passed on to third parties. For this purpose, we log the order for the newsletter, the dispatch of a confirmation email and the receipt of the response requested. Further data is not collected. The data will only be used to send the newsletter and will not be passed on to third parties.

You can revoke your consent to the storage of your personal data and its use for sending the newsletter at any time. There is a corresponding link in every newsletter. Use of Google Analytics with anonymization function

We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter referred to as “Google”, on our website. Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and thus enable your use of the website to be analyzed.

The information generated by these cookies, such as the time, place and frequency of your website visit, including your IP address, is transmitted to and stored by Google in the USA.

We use Google Analytics with an IP anonymization function on our website. In this case, your IP address will already be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area and thereby anonymized.

Google will use this information to evaluate your use of our site, to compile reports on website activity for us and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google.

According to its own information, Google will under no circumstances associate your IP address with other Google data. You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of our website to their full extent.

Furthermore, Google offers a deactivation option for the most common browsers, which gives you more control over which data is collected and processed by Google. If you activate this option, no information about the website visit will be transmitted to Google Analytics. However, activation does not prevent information from being transmitted to us or to other web analysis services that we may use. Further information on the deactivation option provided by Google as well as on the activation of this option is available via the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

Use of Google Maps

We use the “Google Maps” component from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter “Google”, on our website.

Each time the “Google Maps” component is called up, Google sets a cookie in order to process user settings and data when the page on which the “Google Maps” component is integrated is displayed. As a rule, this cookie is not deleted when you close the browser, but expires after a certain period of time, unless you delete it manually beforehand.

If you do not agree to this processing of your data, you have the option of deactivating the "Google Maps" service and thereby preventing the transmission of data to Google. To do this, you have to deactivate the JavaScript function in your browser. However, we would like to point out that in this case you will not be able to use "Google Maps" or only to a limited extent.

The use of “Google Maps” and the information obtained through “Google Maps” is in accordance with the Google Terms of Use

http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/terms/regional.html

as well as the additional terms and conditions for "Google Maps"

https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/help/terms_maps.html.

Use of reCAPTCHA

To protect input forms on our site, we use the “reCAPTCHA” service from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter “Google”. By using this service, a distinction can be made as to whether the relevant input is of human origin or whether it is improperly made through automated machine processing.

To our knowledge, the referrer URL, the IP address, the behavior of the website visitors, information about the operating system, browser and length of stay, cookies, display instructions and scripts, the input behavior of the user and mouse movements in the area of the “reCAPTCHA” checkbox are sent to “Google " transfer.

Google uses the information obtained in this way, among other things, to digitize books and other printed matter and to optimize services such as Google Street View and Google Maps (e.g. house number and street name recognition).

The IP address transmitted as part of “reCAPTCHA” will not be merged with other Google data unless you are logged into your Google account at the time of using the “reCAPTCHA” plug-in. If you want to prevent this transmission and storage of data about you and your behavior on our website by “Google”, you must log out of “Google” before you visit our site or use the reCAPTCHA plug-in.

The information obtained from the "reCAPTCHA" service is used in accordance with the Google Terms of Use:
https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

The information obtained with the help of the "conversion cookies" is used by Google to create visitor statistics for our website. These statistics tell us the total number of users who clicked on our ad and which pages of our website were subsequently accessed by the respective user. However, we or other advertisers using “Google Adwords” do not receive any information with which users can be personally identified.

You can prevent the installation of the “conversion cookies” by setting your browser accordingly, for example using a browser setting that generally deactivates the automatic setting of cookies or specifically only blocks cookies from the “googleadservices.com” domain.

You can obtain the relevant data protection declaration from Google under the following link: https://services.google.com/sitestats/de.html
